Revolutionizing Wellbeing: Wellworks For You's 2023 Recap

As we begin the new year here at Wellworks For You, we believe in taking time to mark the successes and advancements of the previous year.

In 2023, Wellworks For You launched two brand-new wellbeing solutions, provided major facelifts to several flagship services, initiated three exciting partnerships with industry leaders, and hosted over two dozen live webinars.

Expanding in Excellence

We've been industry leaders since 2009, and one of our goals 15 years later is to stay at the forefront of offering the latest cutting-edge technology and services.

WellDriver

We started last year with an exciting announcement: the launch of WellDriver.  

WellDriver is Wellworks For You’s response to CDL drivers' distinctive and critical health needs. Due to their unique lifestyles, long-haul drivers typically fall through the cracks of the traditional wellness program, and Wellworks For You doesn’t believe in leaving anyone behind.  

WellDriver is a one-of-a-kind platform that assists trucking companies and drivers by providing DOT tracking, automatic expiration reminders via email and text message, and licensed Nurse Advocates all in one place. 

Wellness Made Easy

It would have been hard to miss the October launch of Wellness Made Easy, but in case you did:  

Wellness Made Easy is a compilation of prepackaged wellness programs. Our expert team designed these programs using what years of data have found to be the most effective components of a successful wellness program.  

The Wellness Made Easy programs were developed based on almost fifteen years of experience, data, research, and a new foundation that, in the right hands, starting a corporate wellness program can be simple and easy. From there, our expert team designed three wellness programs with straightforward pricing and created them to be ready to hit the ground running.

Accelerate Plus was created with a standard wellness program's most influential and popular components.  

Live Simply: Mental Wellness

Live Simply was designed to make providing a mental health and wellness program simple and accessible. This program offers valuable mental health tools, resources, and education.  

Preventive Care Plus

The best way to prevent disease is to detect it before it begins. The Preventive Care Plus package was designed using four types of proven preventive care.  

Out with the Old, In with the Improved

We all saw Mattel’s brand get a major makeover in 2023, thanks to Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie’s movie Barbie. But so did some of Wellworks For You’s beloved wellbeing solutions.  

The Learning Center

In March, our new and improved Learning Center went live. With it, our standard library of hundreds of videos, series, and webinars became available to all Wellworks For You participants – at no additional cost. With our additional partnerships, a Premium selection of videos was added, providing participants with even more content.  

The Learning Center not only opened standard videos to all, but the page received a refresh with an updated look and enhancements to modernize the video library and make it even more user-friendly.  

These technological enhancements included:

• Trending Topics now display the top videos and video series based on individual company interests
• The ability to register for live webinars through the wellness portal
• Individual video recommendations based on participant health metrics and health assessment responses

The Challenge Dashboard

In September, the Challenge Dashboard received a facelift, modernizing its look and making it even more intuitive. Couch to 5k, anyone?  

OCR Form Reading Technology

In 2022, we launched OCR technology, or automatic form reading technology, for some of our partners. But in 2023, this feature was opened company-wide - minimizing the participants' turnaround time and relieving our administrative team's workload. This meant that participants were able to see almost automatic validation for their program participation. Who doesn’t love instant gratification?

In 2023, not only did our solutions grow, but so did our partnerships.  

Spirence

We teamed up with Spirence to provide top-of-its-class mental wellbeing services and video education. This includes video learning, coaching, a 24/7 hotline, wellness retreats, and more.  

Aiberry

Our partnership with Aiberry hit the scene mid-year, making a big splash. Aiberry is one of the leaders in AI for the mental health space, using cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to provide mental health assessments with stunning accuracy. It does this by analyzing participant responses while taking into consideration tone, inflection, and facial features.  

Suppose you aren’t quite sure how you feel about Artificial Intelligence joining the world of mental health. In that case, it is worth considering that a study published in 2023 found that a combination of artificial intelligence and deep learning diagnosed depression in children and adolescents with a 92% accuracy. What makes this significant is that the most thorough study found indicated that the traditional general practitioner diagnosed depression with 47.3% accuracy.

Caravan Wellness

We partnered with Caravan Wellness and added hundreds of top-of-the-line virtual fitness videos to our Learning Center, making fitness accessible from anywhere.  

Two Dozen and Counting

Finally, we hosted over two dozen live webinars in 2023. This ranged from financial wellness and live meditations to real-time courses on our latest services and solutions hosted by experts on the Wellworks For You team.
