How do I sync my activity device?

How long after syncing does it take for my activities to show up?
While most activities should show up as soon as your device syncs, it could take up to a day for it to update.
Forms and Screenings
Can I download forms I've submitted?
No, submitted forms are not stored for your retrieval. However, the information on the form is used to complete your wellness program. Health metrics, preventive examinations, and tobacco use status is tracked within your account on the wellness portal and mobile app.
Does Wellworks submit forms to my PCP?
You can find all the forms for your wellness program in the Wellness Locker on the Portal.
How do I submit forms to Wellworks?
Upload to Wellness Website: Click the Upload a Form tile from the homepage or via the menu page, select the event title from the dropdown, and upload your form to the Wellness Website. This will be securely emailed for processing. Users are limited to one (1) file per email.
Upload to Mobile App: Take a photo of your form using your Smartphone, and upload it to the Wellworks For You Mobile App via the Contact Us/Send a Form tab.
How long does it take Biometric Screening results to appear on the Wellworks portal?
This may depend on the Biometric Screening partner. Some results are updated within 7-10 business days, while others may take longer to process. At minimum, please allow 7-10 business days for participation to be updated on the wellness portal and mobile app.
