individual or team-based and runs for 8 weeks. It requires employees to average 7,500 steps per day throughout the challenge.

Sights they’ll get to explore could include San Diego, Long Beach, San Jose, and San Francisco.

King of the Hill Walking Challenge

This challenge is meant to push employees beyond their typical daily step count by gradually increasing steps each month. They’ll start at 5,000 steps per day and work up to 10,000 steps per day by month 3. Challenges like this are great for employees newer to fitness that need a gradual start.

Weight Management

Spring Slimdown

Spring is a great time to work towards summer goals. With this challenge, employees create healthy habits that encourage them to lose extra pounds or maintain a current healthy weight throughout the length of the challenge.

These can run 6 to 8 weeks in length and require employees to log their weight weekly.

Healthy Habits Challenges

Game of Life

Help employees create healthy habits that improve their overall health and wellbeing. Over the course of 4 weeks, they can focus on learning about nutrition guidelines, effective communication strategies, sleep and movement, and meditation techniques. Employees can track their progress on a points-based system.

Home Wellness Challenges

Collage of Happiness

Home challenges are great options for those working in remote settings. The goal of Collage of Happiness is for employees to take various pictures of things that make them happy over the course of 4 weeks. The challenge is designed to help reduce stress, be mindful, and find joy in the little things.

At the end of the challenge, employees are asked to put all the photos together in a collage to get credit for their wellness goal.
