10 Month WellBalance Mental Well-Being Program Components

MindQ Well-Being Assessment – The MindQ Mental Health Assessment assesses the risk of exhibiting problems shown to have a negative impact on workplace effectiveness, productivity, absenteeism, presenteeism, and health. Areas assessed: well-being, stress coping, and emotional health.

Knowledge 8 FINAL

Knowledge8 – This 8-week program will provide you with the foundational knowledge base to complete the WellBalance Mental Well-Being Program by understanding the 8 pillars of well-being. Over an 8-week period, you will unlock weekly webinars and complete an associated quiz for every pillar of well-being. As you complete each weekly webinar and quiz, you will watch your knowledge increase through the visual growth of a tree while unlocking the Wellworks For You Knowledge8 mantra.

Focu5 – This 5-week program will allow you to determine how to focus your energy on specific areas of well-being and improve your overall mental health. At the start of the challenge you will choose five areas of focus for the five weeks to come. You will begin each week by noting 2-3 stressors or obstacles you are facing in your personal, professional, or social lives and set specific weekly goals for yourself. At the end of each week, you will check-in to jot down what you did to improve your well-being in your week’s focus area.

Wholesome Habits – This 8-week program will allow you to apply your well-being knowledge by completing different Wholesome Habits each day. Self-report your completion of at least 20 of the 32 habits over 8 weeks to complete the program. As you complete each habit you will view your heart becoming more colorful and complete while keeping track of your progress right on the screen.

Mental Well-Being Resources

Mental WellBeing Library – The Health Library provides an expansive library of clinically-validated, easy-to-consume health content to participants across multiple visual mediums including articles, quizzes, videos, assessments, and podcasts.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Participants can reap the benefits of a program that assists them in various areas of their well-being including personal problems, work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental, and emotional well-being.

Mindful Messaging – Our system will keep participants continuously engaged in their program via emails, texts, portal pop-up notifications, and banner notifications throughout the program.

Personalized Coaching – A certified Health Coach will provide one-on-one private sessions for employees regarding a variety of topics, including nutrition, screening results, stress management, mental well-being, etc.

On-Site Seminars – Host an onsite seminar and give participants a firsthand experience to learn about a new topic such as a mindfulness, yoga at work, breathing techniques, healthy eating, stress management tips, and more. A presenter will come onsite to conduct presentations for your employees.
