Our Employee Wellness Jobs include (but are not limited to):

  • IT Specialists – not only do our IT specialists make sure our wellness portal and smartphone app are operating smoothly and are accessible at all times, they also enforce vital security protocols and continually generate ideas to keep Wellworks For You on the cutting edge of business technology.
  • Health Coaches – all our health coaches are required to have 2+ years of experience in direct education or coaching with individuals dealing with disease prevention, health promotion, and behavior change. Additionally, health coaches are able to fulfill all the fitness, nutrition and overall health and wellness strategies mandated by our various wellness programs (including telephonic coaching).
  • Wellness Coordinators – our wellness coordinators must have a bachelor’s degree in health promotion or a related field, and/or 2+ years of related account management experience. This invaluable position ensures that each client receives the planning, development, implementation, monitoring, and analysis that is reflective of our customized wellness programs and incentive strategies.
  • Administrative Coordinators – must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have at least 1 to 3 years of administrative experience with a customer focus to handle the demands of our clientele, while being fully knowledgeable of our extensive corporate wellness offerings.
