- Get Your Sleep: Work related stress can seem intensified if your mind and body are groggy from too little sleep. You will also feel more overwhelmed if you are tired. Getting a good night’s sleep is critical to rejuvenating your body and mind. In the same way, eating well – low sugar, high protein – will increase your energy and help destress your system.
