  3. Omega-3 Fatty Acids
    Most seafood and fatty fish are high in omega-3’s. Not only do they contain omega-3, but also docosahexaenoic (DHA). According to the Academy of Nutrition, people with higher levels of DHA in their blood are more likely to have improved brain performance than those without.
