Wellworks For You is growing our Marketing team! We are currently seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to collaborate with our team on our overall marketing efforts.

The Create Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and writing copy for our various audiences, including but not limited to internal training materials for Wellworks employees, client facing user-end materials, sales focused materials, social media content, and companywide communications.

The Creative Marketing Specialist will also work closely with members of the Product Management Team to design and manage a strategic marketing plan for each month, quarter, and calendar year around new product enhancements and launches. This individual will also work with internal employees across all departments of the company to understand the marketing needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail, a strong marketing strategy background, and secondary creative design abilities.

Applicants should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3+ years of comparable work experience OR
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Constant Contact
  • 2+ years and over experience in copywriting
  • Understanding or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic understanding of SEO for copy writing
  • Understand how and when to add back links, both internal and external
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to assess situations, identify issues and prioritize duties
  • Utilize headers and keywords in body copy

· WordPress / Blogging CMS Experience

  • Ability to upload and edit blog posts
  • Formatting blog posts for optimal SEO

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of HubSpot
  • How to edit premade email templates
  • Set up and schedule send times
  • Create lists for specific contact sends
  • Schedule social posts within HubSpot
  • Read and understand performance data

This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. This position’s hours will be Monday through Friday 9-5.Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your home office. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
