… I just ran a half marathon in June for the Crohns and Colitis foundation (CCFA).  After running that I try to keep it up.  I run during the week and on the weekends….enrolling in races as well.  It would force me to run to prepare.  The other activity that brings a lot of steps is volleyball. I play competitively and play at the minimum of 4 games about 2 hours each time …
